Returns Policy

Effective date: June 19, 2026.

1. Order Queries

For product order queries, contact orders@daggadroom.co.za as soon as possible after purchase or delivery.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a delivered item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from the confirmed order, contact DaggaDroom promptly with the order reference, description of the issue and supporting photos where relevant.

3. Eligibility

Return or refund eligibility depends on the product type, condition, local law, hygiene restrictions, age-restricted product rules, and whether the issue relates to damage, fulfilment error or an approved cancellation.

4. Pre-orders

Where an order is accepted as a pre-order or launch reservation, timing changes, allocation changes or stock constraints may affect fulfilment. If DaggaDroom cannot fulfil a confirmed paid order, the business may offer a refund, store credit or alternative resolution as appropriate.

5. Memberships

DaggaDroom Club memberships are recurring subscriptions. Membership cancellation stops future billing according to the applicable billing state but does not automatically reverse already processed payments unless required by law or otherwise approved.

6. Payment Disputes

Refund and dispute handling for processed payments may involve Payfast procedures in addition to DaggaDroom’s internal review.
