Effective date: June 19, 2026.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use the DaggaDroom website, place orders for age-restricted products, or enroll in membership services tied to restricted goods.

2. Product Availability

All product listings, pre-orders, launch stock levels, pricing and availability are subject to confirmation. DaggaDroom may limit quantities, suspend listings, or cancel orders where stock, compliance or payment validation issues arise.

3. Payments

One-time product payments and recurring membership payments are processed through Payfast. Orders and memberships are only treated as confirmed after successful payment authorization and any required backend validation, including Payfast notifications.

4. DaggaDroom Club

The DaggaDroom Club is a recurring membership offering. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing through Payfast at the stated billing interval until cancellation or plan termination. Membership benefits may change over time as the app and product ecosystem evolve.

5. App Access

Access to the DaggaDroom app or account features may require login credentials, account verification and ongoing compliance with these terms. DaggaDroom may suspend access for abuse, fraud, payment failure or legal/compliance reasons.

6. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Returns and refund handling are governed by the Returns Policy. Membership cancellations and payment disputes may also be subject to Payfast processes and applicable consumer law.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit false account or payment information, interfere with checkout or notification flows, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

8. Liability

DaggaDroom provides the site, product catalogue, app links and membership information on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, DaggaDroom is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, downtime, delays caused by payment providers, hosting providers or third-party platforms.
